Shipping of your package

After reception of the payment, the delivery time of your parcels varies according to the destination, the speed of transport chosen, the carrier, the volume as well as various events, independent of our will, (strike, weather, etc ..) . Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.

The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Since the customer's mailbox belongs to a mailbox system, the delivery person will post a withdrawal notice in the mailbox. The customer will then have to withdraw the delivery at the indicated location.

Any order that is not removed within the time limits can not be retained or refunded. The customer is only responsible in the case of orders withdrawn late, any right of guarantee for defects is excluded.

The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if he has not received them himself.

If the customer has ordered alcohol or tobacco, he / she must provide an ID upon request. Orders containing alcohol or tobacco may be withdrawn only by persons over 18 years of age.

Without this withdrawal slip, the order can not be delivered to the customer.

Any responsibility is expressly declined for damages suffered by the customer in case of loss, theft, abuse, etc., in connection with the withdrawal process or the withdrawal slip.

The pickup point is not aware of the contents of the order and acts only as a receiving site. Returns are not accepted. For any information or complaint, the customer must contact Sobego customer service exclusively.

Return of your package

If products are delivered with visible damage to the packaging or contents, the customer must immediately notify the driver and refuse receipt notwithstanding his rights under the warranty for defects. The customer must be delivered by the driver a notice of confirmation of damage. In addition, all transport damage must be reported immediately to Sobego.

The return period is 10 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Electronic means of payment

Purchase on invoice

Prior to the delivery of the order, Sobego performs a credit check knowing that the prior provision of Sobego involves a risk of default. Sobego can refuse the payment method "Purchase on invoice" without having to indicate the reasons.

You receive invoices by e-mail and are payable within 10 days, from the date of the order, without discount.

After this time, and without payment from you, your order will simply be canceled.

In the event of payment default, Sobego is not obliged to accept new orders or to make deliveries pending.

After receiving your payment, the goods will be delivered to you according to the delivery period announced in the shopping cart when ordering.

Refunds, credits, credit

If the customer is entitled to refunds or credits, they will be credited to the customer account and used for purchases at Sobego.
