Scope
The general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as "order") via the Sobego online store.
Sobego reserves the right to modify the GSC. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order applies. It can not be changed unilaterally for the order in question.
Offer
The offer is intended for natural or legal persons all over the world.
The offer is valid as long as it appears in the online store, and within the limits of available stocks. Price and assortment changes are possible at any time. Price

The price indicated in the online shop at the time of the order is valid.

The sale of tobacco and alcohol is prohibited by law to minors.
After transmission of the order, the customer automatically receives an acknowledgment of receipt, which confirms that the order has reached Sobego. The customer can not complete or cancel his order once it has been processed in one of our logistics centers. If an order is completed, the original order serves as a basis for calculation, however any special offers and discounts valid at the time of addition are taken into account.
Sobego Online may, without justification, refuse all or part of the order. In this case, the customer is informed and any payments already made are refunded. All other claims are excluded, especially unavailable products are not delivered later. Temporarily unavailable products can not be reserved.
Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded after processing the order in the Sobego logistics center. As soon as the order is ready to be shipped from the logistics center, the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.
Guarantee
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery for all items offering this possibility.
Sobego can offer a guarantee of choice with a partial or complete replacement by an equivalent product, with a credit for a maximum amount corresponding to the selling price at the time of the order, or by granting a reduction.
There is no general right of return on products without defects and properly delivered.
The warranty is explicitly excluded for products ordered inadvertently.
